Turn Off Intro Movie

My UI reset and now that darn Intro Movie plays automatically. Where do I turn it off again. I have been unable to locate it in the options menu.

ShowIntroMovie=False
to Display section of UserPrefrences.ini file located in the DDO folder within Documents.
