U66 preview - runearm are broken

Per the title, was on Lammania yesterday to check it out and noticed that on all my toons that the rune arm attacks are broken and do not produce any damage when fired. I have tested the Glass Cannon, the force RA from Vecna and the Hand of Tombs, all rune arms charge fully and apply all effects to main hand weapons but when fired do not cause any damage to mobs or register any hits in combat log.

Even the U65 Runearms aren't really useable as many of the projectiles are either too slow or don't act in a predictable way. Would prefer for all the run arm shots to behave the same, despite having differing damage types / effects. This way, moving from one Runearm to another would allow for consistent and reliable damage.

Rune arm bugs have been posted regularly. Multiple shots often circle the target in a pretty way instead of actually hitting it beyond the first. Many blast rune arms have too big a projectile that causes it to just blast the floor in front of your face if you don't jump high before shooting.
