Sort of off topic, sort of on topic.
Could you guys look at Sacred Fist.
I think of Sacred Fist as Monk adjacent.
Maybe it could get Divine Might? Maybe CHR could be added to Stunning Fist DC (STR and DEX got added).
Also, maybe Divine Vitality could be added to Paladin Radiant Servant (Sacred Fist)

What's the problem with vorpal strikes? Does it not work with fist monks?
Ever since the change of Handwraps to Weapons (Exotic), Vorpal Strikes Epic Feat ONLY grants Damage Type Flag of Slashing to Handwraps. The Vorpal (instakill on 20 or 100 Untyped Damage if above 1000 HP, etc) effect never applied to Handwraps again. Funnily enough, if you take off Handwraps and are TRULY Unarmed (applies for Animal Forms of all things), you then get Vorpal effect.

This has been raised over the years. And it has never been changed or corrected.

An elemental imbue that scales with 100% melee/ranged power is weak even with 1d6 force on crit. I'd bump it to 150%.

Is the Elemental Words tier one retaining the 10% elemental damage and 2 stacks of vulnerability? I'd like to see that stay.

The proposed Mantra of Body in Henshin Mystic (defensive tree) offers 6 PRR at tier 3 compared to 20 at tier 2 in Shintao (DPS tree). Both mantras are underwhelming in my opinion, perhaps Mantra of Body could gain HP, AC, or dodge along with the PRR while Mantra of Soul could add MRR cap, Spell Resistance, or elemental absorption.

Where is the autocrit that used to be Fire-Dark-Fire and the 2 multi that used to be Earth-Earth-Earth? They were some of the main abilities that made monk interesting to play.
I'd also like to second Efretti here.

It needs to be 200% - so it falls in line with SF and DL.

The 100% scaling was pretty poor, even with the +1d6 on crit, but they decided it'd be a good idea to also have -1 ki generation too.
Now it seems they at least removed the -1 ki generation (I think?), but the scaling is still poor. At least there's no downside to using it now lol.

Some of the ridiculous ideas these devs come up with, at least make a nice beam attack for once!

The Monkey's Paw curls a finger, next patch notes will read:

"Corrected a text issue that suggested Handwraps should benefit from Vorpal Strikes."

If the elemental combo builder attacks are being removed, what is the point of having Ki? We will have nothing to really spend it on as we will have an over abundance of ki points if they are only used for the finisher enhancements which have long cool downs.

Is Grandmaster of Flowers going to be adjusted to fit with the removal of the combo system? The 4th core Master of Philosophy provides a combo builder. Perhaps those could instead add a thematic effect when using stunning fist / stunning blow instead of the current builder choices? Perhaps bonus damage from each of the elemental and alignment based abilities you took in the tree.

You're thinking too far ahead.

What we'll get is a standing "temporary" placer instead for a future replacement in GMoF core 4. This replacement will not release with the Monk overhaul. This placer will be left there for the next 10 years until the next major mechanics change happens again and then they will restart again and the placer will be removed and something new will be implemented for it instead.

But because of time constraints, that new placer will have to come at a later point...

As a newer monk player and main for last year, I have played around with all 3 styles of the monk. It took a little time to learn the combo system, but as you learn the rotations and uses, it actually helps in groups. I dont have all the years in DDO as many of you, but I do think that this change is needing to be postponed and do a serious hard passover with the assistance of the people that know the class inside and out. I hope that we don't lose the magic and the uniqueness of the Monk in its current form.
