I know there was a hidden note from early 2024 posted on the Year of the Dragon page with 2/26 as a release date, but I'm kinda hoping that has been a lose target and they are not still targeting that date. Has there been any additional news posted by DDO about this release?
Usually @SteelStar gives us a list of stuff he wants to change when he's consumed the preview thread & I don't see his notes in this thread. Maybe his feedback is still being processed or maybe lack of feedback means they are rushing to deliver on Thursday. Fingers crossed this release gets delayed.

Did anyone get a chance to test the Ravenloft Monk Ring that changes effects with stance? Think it was from Invitation to Dinner I think. Have to look as my epic Monk to see the name. Or what about the Bracers that gave a buff with the light light light or dark dark dark finishers?

The stances arent changing to my knowledge, so the ring and other items like Jidz, should all just work how they did?Did anyone get a chance to test the Ravenloft Monk Ring that changes effects with stance? Yeah but the monk bracers that give a buff off the dark dark dark or light light light finisher, I skeptical it will know how to trigger off the changes.....

I'd like to join the rally and hope for something better, but anyone playing this game has likely been through a few of these revamps and we know the routine. Here's what I expect and how I'm handling it.
Expectations:
The monk revamp will be rolled out with bugs this week.
After the roll out folks will complain about stuff being broken and the broken stuff that is easiest to fix will get fixed in about 2 weeks.
After the first pass at fixing the easy bugs will get another update that works on the harder stuff in another 2-3 weeks.
Game Plan:
I don't wanna test DDO anymore and there are a bunch of folks who don't mind the finding and discussing the bugs, so I'll wait until we get to the 2nd or 3rd dot release to roll a monk.

That was the only thing that had me excited about the monk changes - and it does not even work...
That also makes the +50% doubleshot effect for 12 seconds for ki (if that even works...) pretty darn hard to use for lack of ki on a shuri-monk.
Pfft, all the potential for me just vanished there.
