Objective: This build is designed for a first life character to be competent in Reaper difficulty quests and raids at endgame. It has the following self-imposed limitations, similar to what you would experience when starting on the hardcore server:

- No more than one +2 attribute tome (1750 favor earned).
- No more than one +5 attribute tome (5000 favor earned).
- No reaper points spent.
- No raid gear, or any item that requires Threads of Fate or Commendations of Heroism.
- No rare Myth Drannor gear.
- No past lives.
- Any number of +3 skill tomes are permitted (saga rewards).
- All enhancement trees and epic destinies are permitted.
- The account has access to all adventure packs and expansion content.
- Remnant tomes +1 or +2 are permitted, as are long lasting remnant potions.
- Maximum sentient XP: 60k (7 filigree slots). No sentient weapon swaps.
- Maximum enhancements points spent: 80 (no tomes).
- Maximum epic destiny points spent: 69 (no tomes).
- 32-point builds are permitted (1750 favor earned).
- Does not use rare consumables that are only found randomly in chests, from daily dice rolls or otherwise have a limited supply within the game. Examples:
- Mana potions
- Radiant Forcefield potions/scrolls
- Long lasting USP/MP/RP potions
- Fireshield Cold/Fire potions
- Alchemical potions (Intimidate, +3 stats)
- Event cookies
- Scarab of Spell Absorption
- Epic and Legendary Ring of Spell Storing are permitted, as are Commendation of Valor potions, vendor spellpower potions and Yugo favor potions.
