If so, it wasn't announced in the comments.
But they did tease than the early preview of Dhampir is soon soon... so we'll probably all see what it is shortly.

+1 to saves vs spells sounds about right.

Almost none of the passive Iconic PLs are ever worth it

(That's one of the rare good ones... can you imagine them giving the melee equivalent of +2MP or something for a PL feat?)
Melees already have enough damage xD. They don't need more. But there are past lives that give bonuses to attack and damage, and that's amplified by the melee/ranged power they have. And there's no shortage of what they can gain from past lives.

Unless I'm crazy... all of the iconic PLs are defensive (and mostly bad) in nature, and the only offensive one is the +9 USP.
There's no + to attack or damage or anything like that. The biggest benefit is the ACTIVE +6 Doublestrike from Aasimar Scourge.

This was a question for the Dhampir Iconic PL. The regular race is known... +1 hide, +1 str, +1 rap.

Razorclaw is +3 hit/damage for it's stance.

Sitting on a Reincarnation... was expecting it real soon.....

So we ignored every suggestion given here right? Don’t get me wrong excited for the new race, but there were definitely some good points made here i was hoping to get changed before going live like one of the feats being more negative than positive cost

Oh I’m not surprised, just disappointed.
I mean... I give them a hard time, but they at least did listen on the bat swarm and the bites having a set number of uses.
So... it's not nothing... but I do wonder if we could have a much better game if we had a more robust back-and-forth in the preview.

The thing is, is that when they come out with a new Race/Class/Iconic. they seem to put the best options for them available and unfortunately the previous class' get shafted in abilities that they were suppose to shine in.

Look how many Sneak Attack Dice and Defensive/Evasion and defensive assistance that all the new Class/Race/Iconics get.
Warlocks could be improved upon in this update.

Rogues lost Mechanical Dog/Self Rez(Cheat Death)/ Throwing viles damage never fixed(but improved with Alchemist).
They removed Shortbow( could you at least put Throwing Daggers in and INT/DEX to use for Hit/Damage not just DEX).

Give every class the balance to be able to sustain themselves in Epic Destinies.
A form of Healing.
A form of Crowd Control.(Stuns or Holds are better than 4 second Blinds...)
Focus on Attack types.

Extended Clip (only Artificers?!)
Weird(only based off illusion DC in an Assassinate DC tree? Should be both, like the other new Tree )

Fearsome Countenance: Target enemy must save or be Cowered (Will save vs. DC 10 + Highest of STR/CON/CHA Mod + Stunning bonuses + Enchantment DC Bonuses )
