Do the lamordian armors have as many slots/effects as the gravekeepers and downcast pieces or do they have one less?

The lamordian armors are 2 crafting slots with these stats on them.

The lamordian armors are 2 crafting slots with these stats on them.

So the lamordian armors are just basically inferior to the downcast and gravekeeper armors due to one less effect slot.
