Quiver of Alacrity should come with a Seal to upgrade. Afterall, players selecting the Quiver is to intend to use it for the sole purpose of the Striding at 30% ability at level 1. Otherwise, why would one select the Quiver ?

I want to voice how disappointing it is that these items can no longer be used for augments. A massive failure and mistake on your part, and here’s why:
Set augments are a necessary part of the modern end game gear sets in DDO, especially since the lunar and solar system was introduced. The problem is these set bonuses are only attainable from raids, effectively making set augment bonuses one of the few (only?) loot system that require raiding. Consider when Sharn was released and Artifacts locked behind the raids, SSG decided to put them in quest chests because of this very reason.
While I’m generally against providing raid loot outside of raids, I was pleasantly surprised to see items required for set augments on this list. It’s a good thing! Giving non raider the option to use these boxes during the anniversary to make set augments is nice gesture.
Lastly, I want to state that this is not out of self interest. I have what I need. Reverse the decision to disallow these items from being turned into set augments.

The set augment problem will catch a lot of people by surprise because not everyone reads the forums and it's reasonable to assume the items from the box could be used to make augments. A classic SSG one-two.
