You nailed the rule of cool with the anniversary items. It's awesome to give a nod to recognizable and popular gear from years past. And it's great to see ML36 versions already available, which is a perennial problem with other events.

The cosmetic aspects of the new loot looks nice. This one paired up great with my wings.

Lots of classics and wide selection is great. The only feedback I have is to make the Quiver of Alacrity it's upgraded version.

No, the Sun slots are intentional.

What does "Time-Twiced" mean? Does it just indicate that the appearance color has changed?

The Cloak of Winter's End needs a fourth effect and "Immunity to Fear" should be replaced with something much better at higher levels (especially 36).

The same goes for Coat of the Wanderer and Dragonsoul Vestments; we have not needed Speed +30% on any items since the Level 20 augment was introduced, and certainly not on endgame-level items.

Finally, I'd recommend changing Dread Pirate's Cloak added Insightful or Quality Glaciation/Magnetism instead of standard SP. That would make it far more useful.

Malicia's Crown
Please replace False Life with "Thorny Crown of Madness", it's more thematically in line with a succubus themed item, everything else is fine on this, at the very least the level 28 and up versions of this helm should have that or at least a variation of it to truly capture the essence of Malicia.

Please redesign it entirely! Fire shield (Cold), Superior Nimbleness, Profane well rounded, and Unstoppable Staggering Blow

As someone who uses Medium armors more than any other armor type, as you have it right now is too far from something I would use.

This would be more appealing if the greaves were symmetrical/matched. That one bit really, really makes my eye twitch. But kudos for creating such an awesome ensemble with the Archon Helm and the Countenance cloak. Which weapon do you pair it with?

funnily enough, the only reason i started searching for it was because of your post on the old forums about RNG loot cosmetics

the weapon i use is divinity from strahd

i wear this armor on my sword and board toons so i can also pair it with ultimatum

also afaik the mismatching is how the outer form always is. i dont think it can be symmetrical

Cool. Oh I know the early art devs were in love with asymmetry which can look very nice if done strategically and minimally but many of the early armors looked like they had mismatched boots, pauldrons, bracers, sometimes mismatched knees or gauntlets sometimes all at once. It was a weird time when heroes were scavenging their armor from the back alleys of the harbor and junky fish barrels.

Good. Right now it overshadows the vast majority of endgame raid loot, so glad you're fixing it.

On the other hand: shouldn't lvl 36 loot have +16 to an attribute, instead of +15? Right now there is ML 32 random loot that boosts a stat by +16.
