ultimate expansion questions

I am trying to find out what "unlimited" means on some items in the ultimate expansions and was hoping someone could explain better than the wiki. I am hoping next week the expansions go on sale!!

Unlimited Spark of Logic? What does unlimited mean here... BtC or BtA
Sentient jewels - BtC or BtA


dread:
Ottos boxes - (1?) BtC or BtA
Destiny tome - (1?) BtC or BtA

This went on sale pretty cheap either for points or cash recently. What is a good price point for just the destiny tome for all characters? Doesnt seem like anything else of value here. Pretty sure about that...

I have all of the universal trees unlocked through other means, so they are of no value to me, its just the otto boxes, destiny tome(s), and whatever you use a spark for.

All:
teleport items - good for all characters, or 1 bta?

I would like to note that the ddo.com market list doesn't even include all the stuff listed on the wiki, like dino and lizard mounts, both of which I am really keen on.

Saltmarsh: Unlimited spark of logic means you can request one (BtoA) whenever you want from the NPC that hands out the items. The same applies for the cosmetics. The sentient jewel is a single one (i think this is per server but can't verify right now) & it's BtoA.

Dread: I'm 90% certain the otto boxes are BtoA rather than unbound, but just the one & i think this is per account rather than per server. The destiny tomes are BtoA & you can request as many as you want.

The teleport items are 1 for every character but were recently adjusted to be multiselector items so you only need to keep 1 of them on you in order to save inventory space.

Awesome! So none of these are BtC like super old expansions? (Shadowfell and things)

Pretty sure the 'unlimited' means you can request as many as you like from the claim npc, as opposed to the one time or one per account or character sort of claims.

Under saltmarsh if you click +, you see this:

which is horribly uninformative!
