Yeah, it was like 10 minutes, then all worked well.

I suspect it might have been on my end.

I'm having the same issue with making my wife's account vip. Is England on some kind of sanctions list? Anyone have a solution?

It's EU regulations related to overseas payment methods, most likely.

Or you could just keep trying. That appeared to solve the OP's issue.

Thanks for the reply. I've tried and tried. I guess if they don't want my money my wife will just have to suffer :(
It's likely not SSG's fault.

Have you tried getting a Paypal account and using that for payment?

It's clearly and doubtless SSG fault. If I were the SSG CEO, I would consider receiving money from all solvent customers a priority and would devote maximum effort to solving it. But, obviously, the company's management has other priorities, not making a profit.

And no, I'm not going to dance with a tambourine just to finally bring my money to a campaign that is obviously not interested in this. I can't pay just by pressing one button? Go **** yourself in those bushes! 😡

If it's EU banking regulations that prevent SSG from accessing EU-based credit cards, it's not SSG's fault.

Nice try (Kobold voice: "Not really!")... but no.

Why did you decide that I live in the EU and use EU cards? But even if it were (and it's not), the problems with paying for this game through Xsolla began much earlier than the EU regulatory acts that you are talking about were adopted. Why other games not have such problems?

NOOBMASTER is British. They live in the EU. That's who I was talking to when I initially said it could be an EU banking regulation problem. See post #5.

I am British yes. I eventually got it sorted after messing about and deleting and adding payment methods. To be fair, SSG got back tome and were very respectful and nice. Problem sorted, thats for viewing :)

If it were an EU problem, I would have problems paying, and I don't. Maybe it's a problem for England, but not for all Europe.
