I was attempting to report a bug (made a bid on Cannith as PeterRepeter). The auction ended and I did not receive the cards, nor did I get the Astral Shards back.
However, the sadly humorous part is that I've been unable to report the bug/issue. I am VIP, but when I hit submit I get a message that I should double check my E-mail address (which was accurate). Alas, this is a different page and there is no information about my form and I see no way to go back to confirm my data or re-submit.
I tried to enter 4 times.
