Ladder bug fix = jump on ladder dont climb on it from the ground.

No sometimes that hits ladder bug 2 (there is actually two ladder bugs! One is the bottom of the ladder is a different 'game part' than the top and the second is the fix for the first bug, if you jump it drops you off because the game engine gets confused. Also, mushrooms are doors true story).

I hope the implementation of yet another "event" means the ladder bug (amongst others) has finally been fixed.

No, the ladder bug has endured and reached mythic status. It must survive.
They already fixed the hopping giant in Gianthold and now he just looks sad.

Ladder behavior isn't a bug... is a feature to slow/enrage players to quit. Remember the mantra "No players, no lag"

The last one time event I remember was the devil invasion. If this is anything like it, I'm looking forward to it with incredible anticipation!

I hope that SSG gives us enough time to plan around schedules or makes the event last long enough for people to join in. November and December are busy months for a lot of people between holidays, shopping for gifts, end of the year work/school rushes, etc. If this is a one time event, rather than a returning event, it would suck to miss it because of it happens to run during a very busy time of the year.
