Sadly my group does not play reaper so we don't get to play. Oh well, I know everyone (mostly) plays reaper so the event should still be fun for people!
To bad I won't be getting that tee-shirt, ha ha!

We know that low level characters can participate but the email references reaper dungeons this makes it sound like a high level Character cant participate in some areas due to reaper lockout. I hope I am wrong because if SSG has learned anything from all the crowdsourced events so far the ability to participate if you want to is the most important.

Ugh another week only event. Great if you live in your parents basement and can play 16 hours a day every day.
Us working folks might get two evenings (weekends) to spend playing.

All it takes is one competent person or group TRing per server to get the MacGuffin from R1 Dreams of Insanity, Terminal Delerium, Fashion Madness or wherever they are located.
Yea, not excited to see that this may be Reaper only.
While I now have a regular group, characters with numerous past lives, and enough experience playing reaper to solo even on a first life character... I well remember how impossible it seemed to solo when it first came out. The 'recent' change to allow decent healing out of combat also helps, but it seems clear that there are still a lot of people who do not play reaper difficulty.
I guess this at least confirms that the whole, 'reaper is an optional game mode for people who want an extra challenge only and will never prevent you from experiencing any part of the game' thing is officially dead.

There is something off about Drossheart and Igan
If it is monster hide and seek, the only way I see it lasting a week is if there is some type of Steps mechanic were you can only kill 1 bbg a day.
Even if it would be special mob at a time spread up and down the level range so reaper provides some lock out, people have alts spread out with banks overflowing with good bta gear and no worries of perma death. Heck could start a new iconic and zerg through stuff searching.
