Worth dipping into a little bit or need to go all in? Say hypothetically a tree you have 13 points in got nuke nerfed from orbit and you were looking for a place for those 13 points.........hypothetically! :p
It would be a decent investment if you want to go that way, Timestop is the epic moment t5, and Nullmagic Aura is Core3 but if you just want to dip, then Moon Lance is pretty low. Will take your epic strike though.

My current build goes up EA until Cure Moderate Mass SLA, I favor the current EA mantle as well. Then T5 Magus for the utility and the rest into Unyielding for defenses.

A few quality-of-life thoughts on ED changes. It is good that changes are being made! And I hope you can keep the spirit of smaller, iterative changes like the multiple smaller balance passes last year.

1. Unyielding sentinel- no change may be intended, but Rule of Law (AoE law damage DoT) is now forced into the mantle line, and is now a prereq for T4 and T5 mantle upgrades (absorb/AC and insight HP). This is pretty undesirable for about anyone using Sentinel mantle as a tank or especially a divine- it ranges from a new 3pt AP tax to actively bad for controlling/splitting aggro. Don't like this change, much better to unconnect them. One nice new change would be to add a big to-hit bonus to Celestial Mandate- it is tough to actually land the to-hit with it if not already a dps toon

2. EA- Ok with the changes in general, and with new mantle multi-selector. If we're actually going to be using Turn Undead (Shadows Upon You makes it worthwhile), can we please adjust the Turn Undead animation- it is irritatingly and almost unusably slow. By comparison the positive energy burst animation is quicker, and feels much better.

3. Shadowdancer- shadowstrike needs more changes. The Dark Imbuement internal cooldown is still really bad right now, and the damage is basically negligible, particularly compared to a strong strike like adrenaline or hunts end. It has a debuff, so shouldnt be as strong, but the damage only procs on like 1 out of 4 hits currently, due to internal cooldown, and is wholly unimpressive when it does proc.

4. Primal Avatar- changes to carrion swarm: adding a save is fine and good, but please make it less painful to use. As is, maintaining stacks is punishing; there is a very small window between SLA cooldown and stack expiration to re-apply, like 1.5-2s, if you do anything else it will drop off entirely. Giving a bigger window would feel much better. Similarly not having other people's applications of carrion swarm overwrite your own would be nice.

And as has previously been mentioned, uncapping MCL for epic strikes is probably a good idea, for parity and consistency. It will also allow for more linear growth with level cap changes. I could also see an argument for MCL 30. Having some capped and some uncapped makes for a mess, and a lower MCL just makes MCL-adjusting enhancements and items relatively more important.

Will the bug where energy vortex casts as energy burst if no enemies are targeted be fixed? Can we go further on this, and extend the duration with a higher mana cost and lower damage to support a melee/caster or caster/tanky hybrid that already has a ton of buttons to push?

The big thing I'm looking to solve is that newcomers to the thread aren't seeing our dev responses.
My personal biggest problem is when changes are implemented, and the original Lammania post is edited but all you know by looking is just the edited time in the bottom right.

For example,
Quick further update in response to feedback on Draconic Incarnation:
  • Dragon Breath's damage is now 1d6+5 from 1d6+3
  • Dragon Breath's upgraded damage is now 1d6+10 from 1d6+7
Often this above info will be edited into the original post, but only by obliterating the initial info, instead of reading: Dragon's breath is 1d6+5 from 1d6+3 due to feedback, it would just read Dragon's breath is 1d6+5. And then if someone was just newly looking at the lammania notes, they would not have the info that feedback had already been incorporated. This often happens much more with official release notes, that sometimes are updated multiple times the day they are posted but with no indication whatsoever that any info has been added or changed.

I'm not specced into DCs, but I'm sure someone could figure out the gear/AP puzzle to make it work. The people I play with generally don't need much aside from my healing and reaction time, and if we have a tank, TS/IF + FvS Power Beacon is my main contribution outside of panic mode situations, keeping everyone topped off with Close Wounds SLA, and helping prevent one-shots with Divine Intervention along the way. Also Unyielding Sovereignty (The level 6 Ability) Is great for healing through plagues should the need arise. :)

We actually specifically and deliberately avoid doing exactly this for precisely that reason.

This, the OP should note when feedback was taken and planned changes were adjusted. A bit more work for the devs, but transparency is something people here really want.

Exactly bosses don't matter dooms and champs do melees and ranged melt bosses in seconds cuz no melee ranged dps nerfs

On a alt with no pls sure heal bot but on a main with all the pls massive power loss there

CC and Dps is the first defense then heals

Shadowdancer will get you DDoor and a boost to your reflex and max dex bonus. Not a bad investment if you don’t have anywhere else to throw those points.

Can probably get more bang for your buck elsewhere, but I *LOVE* DDoor.

Exalted Angel
Another tree to receive a larger overhaul. Most of these changes are centered around the Mantle and the Epic Moment. A new mechanical sub-theme within this tree is abilities that boost your Armor Class and Physical and Magical Resistance Rating. Furthermore, we boosted the damage of the Epic Strikes significantly.
  • Angelic Form is now: "Casting a Fire, Light, or Positive spell causes a flaming blade barrier ring to erupt around you. Enemies entering or leaving the ring take 1d6 Fire and 1d6 Light damage per caster level, and allies entering or leaving the ring are healed for 1d6 plus 1 per caster level in positive energy (this healing and damage has a short cooldown to prevent weirdness). The flaming ring lasts for 5 seconds per spell cast, but subsequent casts extend the duration by 5 seconds each up to a maximum of 30 seconds."
  • Angelic Body is now: "While within your Exalted Angel Destiny Mantle, you gain +5 Armor Class and Physical and Magical Resistance Rating, and are immune to Natural Poisons and Natural Diseases.
  • Angelic Soul is now: "You also apply Consecrated Cinders to enemies when they touch your flaming Blade Barrier ring, and apply Consecrated Sparks to allies that touch your flaming Blade Barrier Ring. Consecrated Cinders: -5 Armor Class and Physical and Magical Resistance Rating. Consecrated Sparks: +5 Armor Class and Physical and Magical Resistance Rating"
  • Holy Presence and Angelic Soul have swapped places
  • Holy Presence is now: "While in your Exalted Angel Destiny Mantle, you gain 15% damage absorption to all Elemental (Fire, Cold, Electric, Acid, Poison, Sonic) and Alignment (Good, Evil, Lawful, Chaotic) damage."
Before I get to the debacle that EA is slated to become. Divine Crusader should be Hybrid or in the same category as US. Melee FvS and Clerics take this ED often.

As for EA. This was supposed to be a healing tree with some offensive spellcasting options, correct?

Why the hell would I want to do damage now with my mantle? I don't want any sort of damage agro going on!!!

I am also a healer, I want to stay out of melee and splash damage range. This whole blade barrier crap is lunacy.

To replace the healing of Holy Presence with this 'pass in and out' of blade barrier junk. I have to ask how hard were you all hit on the head. It makes no sense! Healers don't want to run in and out of danger. The aura was just fine, get to a safe distant and let the aura work.

Yeah I do like SD on my ranged builds. I think the dodge cap in that is only for light armor though?

lol I just realized this was replacing the healing aura!!! Yeah myself and my healers are out! Will not even dip into this tree.

Edit: add in all the boss debuffs (physical/magical damage boosts from old EDs) and maybe I’ll come back.

If Carrion Swarm has to have a save on it, we need it added to the tooltip
