@SteelStar would you put the chances of getting one of the rares in the same roll weight as Fried/Frozen Sword fish or easier or harder...been farming for a while, so hoping easier to pull?

TBH, Sun/Moon Augments is a good idea, but it is not scalable and not enough Augments to cover most of the effects that IoD and Vecna offer.
In term of scalability, the effects should scale with gears level; go lower if they are level 30/32, and higher if they are level 34+. Because the new level cap is only two levels higher, the new gears and augments do not offer too many things better than IoD and Vecna (except the +4 to single stat), and in many cases, missing effects. Many players may have already gotten very good sets from IoD and Vecna with perfect mythic bonus, reaper bonus, and curse bonus for their mains, they may not see the new U69 gears too appealing (still should be fine for alts). Please consider making the Augments scalable in U70-U71 and add the missing effects (and perhaps new effect).
U69 is most likely being wrapped up for release in two to three weeks (Preview 3 would be nice, but likely not); bugs are being fixed, there will be very little room to add new features or any major improvements. But, wishing the Raid weapons and gears will have a dual purpose slot for either Sun or Moon Augment. And LGS effect weapon only Augments would be great.
And looking forward for some additional improvements in U70-U71.
One more suggestion for U70-U71, make a few powerful Set-Augments that require two gear slots; one gear that has a Sun slot and one gear that has a Moon slot.

Are we not getting a preview for feats that will become available at 33, 34? Really? Not sure, I think we will. If not, then i guess there are no new feats on the wrap.

If I set the traditional 3 Set Augment on an item with a Sun Slot, will the 3 Set Augment function as a Set Bonus?

Yes. You can stuff a Set Augment and a Sun Augment into the item and both will have an effect.

This is the interesting part tetris wise. Those people already running fairly optimised sets with a 3 piece set augment already, will be looking to see if they can replace one or more of those pieces with MD loot to have both the set bonus and an additional artifact/profane bonus.
