Thoughts having explored about 80% of the wilderness area.
It looks super cool, all those magic lines in the sky made me smile. The cemetery area up north is particularly stunning.
Seems some areas have a normal monster density while other areas of completely devoid. The hillside directly south-west of the entrance for example, I found 6 mobs. Plus the west/south-west area that looks like a grass lands seems....unfinished. hard to explain. I'd also expect more mobs in the areas with buildings then there are.
I love the portal spawn mechanic and I'd like to see it used a bit more although I'd prefer if the portals were visual instead of objects that couldn't be walked through.
I think there was an opportunity missed to make some of the ruined buildings explorable. Quests and location change areas do not seem to be displaying on the map. Quests don't display until the black of the map is revealed, don't like that, plus they are using the location change icon instead of the quest icon.
The rare chests on legendary appear to be dropping heroic level loot.

Creatures are not displaying the white hexagon overhead they normally do when rubber-banding.
All the narrated explorers play their audio every time you cross the trigger zone instead just once.
I might have expected more trees from the Forest of Cormanthor, but still it does look awesome. The monster population seemed a little sparse ... Will this scale with party size, a la Epic Orchard? That'd be cool.
The size of the wilderness is massive and looks great. I didn't run into a lot of mobs, but the zone itself reminded me of zones I'd see in LOTRO with the scale and feel of them.
The Wilderness is huge. And for that massive area it feels a little bit empty.
All of the dungeons are quite far away from the entrance. ? There are no quest entrances marks in the map therefore finding dungeons is not easy even with the "arrow" pointer.
Maybe some ambient wildlife ? ? Or nothing but monsters can survive in Myth Drannor ?
But the area surely feels empty. Especially those "city roads" - 2 rows of the houses and nothing alive (or undead in that case).
Looks impressive! I wish you could explore the insides of the houses (more interactivity with the environment). I noticed in the the cemetery that the narration triggered 3 times, and also repeated the first word twice each time (stuttered kinda). Voice acting is great btw (for wilderness and scrolls)! Need to explore some more, but I did the drow captive adventure and really enjoyed the new "classic" critters in it. ?
Please tell me there are teleporters to the quests (or close proximity to) without having to have run the quests first. RL questing felt better than Feywild as we could quest in order without having to take massive detours.
IoD quests were just annoying with some people having teleporters and others not.
