Make Reverberating Shout a Cone "Sap" attack that brings mobs to you. And are Sapped which they can break free on damage.

Inspiring Bond
  • When your Hirelings or Pets die, after 2.5 seconds they are automatically resurrected and heal to full health. This can occur only once for each creature every 3 minutes. In addition, your Hirelings, Pets, and Summons gain +25 Physical Resistance Rating and Magical Resistance Rating.

A level 34 feat that should be automatically given out at level one for free considering the hirelings lack of AI..............

Suggestion for new monk & sacred fist feat

Finger tips- You have honed your unarmed attacks: adds piercing bypass to unarmed damage types

Create Legendary cooldown reductions for melee alpha attacks: Quivering Palm, Assassinate, etc....You do it already for Spell Casters.
Spell Casting is a difficult multitask of Verbal, Somatic, Concentration... effort. Active physical attacks should also be treated as an ability to improve in speed of mental and physical improvement.

You can train Spell Casting speed abilities down to 4 seconds right now on Live. (Finger of Death, Frog, etc...)

Most of the feats shown are not fun, I will give an example of one that I would find fun
Feat suggestion:
Fury speed:
Every time you get a kill or hit a vorpal (vorpal with doublestrike gains 2 stacks) you accumulate "Fury speed", with 10 stacks in the next 20 seconds you gain +100 melee power.
While active you have an electric or fire aura.

Of course these variables can change for the balance of the game, this is an example

Will there be any real new epic/legendary feats for DPS casters? All I see is a marginally useful action boost enhancer for hybrid builds (wich they do need) and 100USP for healer tanks/warlock tanks.
I do think these feats have great potential for their intended design purposes but is there anything that can be used offensively with actual benefit for damage dealing casters please?

It seems weird that nukers are the only ones being left out, especially after all the nerfs.
I’m probably taking evoc spell focus or imp mental toughness over these legendary feats lol

Wondering is anyone actually planning on taking titans blood on any build that’s not a first life? I imagine I will end up taking legendary toughness instead if I’m after hp as augment or a set will do the same role.

If it was you get 10% stacking it be a must take for all. Or even if it set min hit point dice to d10 that be cool. Think of all it did was make you 10% taller I’d consider taking it more than now. Useless? Yes but at less it has a lol factor

I will for sure. In my case it will free up a sun slot for something else that is of more value than the next best feat would be.

For Reverberating Shout, I really like 'Heavy Metal Scream' Lore wise i my mind says, 'Exigent Force' or 'Exacting *' where the star is anything that fits, perhaps, Exacting War Cry, or Exacting Shout of the Ancients. with a description like 'the mother of all a taunts.' you could go really deep and use Sacrificing Call/Challenge of the Legendary Hero. And add a bonus +2 to DC if racial completionist, and a stacking +1 DC for heroic completionist.

Yes from a video game player knee jerk hot take, the action boost, block, and tumble feats. I just close my eyes and imagine how one might proc all of them at once, on some kind of spell power ranged imbue build. Now add in the new patience feat...Barbarian, half elf archer, with dragonmark slas. I've seen other games release these similiar things(and summarily nerf it to the chagrin of veteran and new players alike), and we are famous in ddo for trying to do it without the adults catching us, but this seems like a family member handing over the whole case of beer and not limiting it to just a sip lol.

I might have missed the text or the exclusivity clause in the feats, but the original post shows no restrictions.

Considering all the other are crap for a bow build, i'll probably take that one at lvl 34, can't make lot of use of the others destiny feats also

Hey all! Thank you for the good feedback so far. Apologies again for not being able to get the revised Lamannia build out for preview this week - There's a lot of moving parts going on in finishing up the expansion, and as Torc said, we ran into some issues getting a good build in time to have a meaningful impact on this preview cycle. That said, we're making some adjustments based on feedback before Live, so I'd like to go over those and some other design thoughts here!

...

Patience
We do not intend to change Patience at this time. There's been a lot of debate as to its exact power and utility which we've read over in detail, but it has a place in many builds, and is not a mandatory take.
...
Make patience a toggle at least please

+1 Absolutely needs a toggle in it's current form, not only for gameplay purposes, but also for common sense. I mean a feat that allows you to "be patient, and take your time to launch that perfect crit attack" could make common sense... but why would you suddenly be forced to be permanently patient all the time ? It makes no sense !!!

At least the buffs and penalties tied to "zombie form" made sense because you were a zombie... And even then you could turn your form off.

Please Devs, make the feats at least make sense :)

Toggle it, or make it an active prep for next attack, or at the very least change the description and/or effects so it makes sense....

Cheers

Reverberating Shout
We're thinking of changing the name of this feat (open to suggestions), but otherwise have no plans to change this feat at this time.

I'm a little late, but if a rename is still in the works, I'd have gone with "The Call of Ktulu" (or Cthulhu )... An epic/legendary call that demands attention and a fitting homage to DDO's past / allusion to the heavy metal nomenclature used for the vale of twilight's quests. ;-)

cheers

CHAOTIC EVIL
I haven't been paying close enough attention to notice one way or the other, but I was curious if there was any feedback in this thread alone that was used by the Devs?

I really can't find 3-4 seconds boosts appealing, really...

I understand the space of design you are proposing, but I don't like it, I don't want another crazy timing to control in the middle of a combat :(
Especially when the lag can rob you of those three seconds
