Put back:
1. Cheat Death on Rogue Assassin Tree, your making new abilities for rezzed pets in game that don't seem to work.(Hoping it gets fixed) Monks still have Rise of the Phoenix in their tree...
2. Removing Rogues Vorpal on 20 capstone.
3. Offhand Double Strike Assassinates, a chance to get a third assassinate hit{what we use to have before} or just make an Assassinate Cleave attack at 35% chance.(should just give Strikethrough ability to build on, or just give Strikethrough to TWF- Melees to alleviate) .
4. Ability to make Mechanical Dog in Mechanic Tree.
5. Did nothing with Thrown Vials(Sneak Attack/Range Power/Rogue Level)from Trap Making ability.
Epic Destiny Drano:
Look at Shadow Dancer and how all the useful things got removed.
Other Trees received a way to Charm/Stun/Knockdown/Trip/Dance/Frog the mobs.
And Stealth players use to have that in Shadow Dancer in:
1. Shadow Manipulation: Help draw aggro away from a Melee build that it's purpose is to try and do Sneak Attack as damage. ( Why did Shiradi Champion get Shadow Dancers "Charm" ability in Beguile Charm, when Shadow Dancer was in NEED of it to have mob DRAW AGGRO). Range Characters are far from Melee Distance and get more time to attack an incoming mob than "Touch Range" Melee Stealth Builds.
2. Executioner Strike/Shot: Tier IV upgrade Epic Strike. (at only 35% chance as was before)
Casters/Barbarians/Monks/Clerics/Favored Souls/Bards/Warlocks...etc/DarkHunters all have a way to either AOE-target Instakill mobs, so there was no conflict of interest to keep this ability in Tree, as was the argument of "Pristine Ability".
3. Consume: another viable form of mob control numbers ambush mitigation to help escape getting surrounded.
Could of been put as the Multi-Selector to Weird as a Viable Choice.
4. Meld into Darkness could of just been put as separate 15-35% Dodge Action Boost type, instead of tied to an Epic Strike which is the opposite of STRIKING-( it could of just been tied into Tumble and increase it's Dodge duration of 35% Dodge for 5 seconds after Tumble).
It could be added to - From The Shadows: From a stealthed position, dissolve into shadows, before appearing some distance in front of you. You gain a 15/25/35% stacking dodge for 8 seconds. Cooldown: 20 seconds.
5. Stealthy and Assassinate DC's where together in one Choice and not separated, which is created now to be a waste of Epic Destiny Points currently, that it's split off you use to spend 3 Epic Destiny points to get it and now it's 6 Epic Destiny Points to get, when it was just 3 before.
Put that back together how it once was before and that other box/choice can be replaced with something useful, like:
Feydarks Create Distraction: Create or Throw a Noise Maker, acting as a distraction and attracting attention of monsters who may be searching for you in the area.
or Dark Hunters Snap Trap: Toss a snapping trap at the targeted enemy.
Make Wand and Scroll Mastery include: Improve Traps +1/+2/+3 to the save DC's of Alchemical Trap Attacks and Magical Traps. Elemental Traps that you place now have a DC equal to 65%/80%/100% of your Disable Device Skill instead of 50%.
If you have the Trap Making ability: You can now add your Sneak Dice to Damage and make mob Vulnerable to Sneak Attacks for 8 seconds.
This would at least give it utility then leaving it(Wand and Scroll Mastery) at a Heroic Level 1 ability in an Epic Destiny for Epic or Legendary(Reaper) Content. It should also stack with a Level 1 Heroic Enhancement.
I applaud all the Casters and Melee/Range players for trying to have an open discussion with the Devs and all trying to help and create this wonderful MMO to be given fair METRICS as to damage-mitigation/abilities across all spectrums.
