The 13th quest is not part of this Lamannia. It is in progress and is currently being tested internally.

I think the confusion comes from this line above: "Thirteen of the expansion's fourteen quests are available to preview..."

Only 13 quests were mentioned in the expansion sale page, however (so I presume the above is an error, possibly from an earlier plan).
