I can do things others can't...
So it looks like the aggro (and remain aggro'd) check has a distance that has been set WAAAAY too big at this time. Currently tested as to needing 1.5 arches distance from the entrance in A Sharn Welcome before enemies are no longer able to detect you and slowly drop aggro. Any closer than this distance, and once aggro'd, enemies will keep aggro sharing and keep enemies on the "WhooImabouttomakeanameformyselfhere" moment just waiting for you to become pathable to attack again.

That distance is just too darn big at the moment.

Will be testing again with a pure stealth and invis character in a moment to see if distances change to drop aggro.

And, as predicted, (regular Tremorsense) Reaper caused aggro will mean the above being true and no cut off point unless you can make that distance to avoid enemies (1.5 arches in from the entrance). This distance is impossible to reach with the "attack last echo" that enemies have will always be a larger detection range than you can move without causing a new echo (which is compounded if there is more enemies there as each one gets updated at different times).

I'm pretty pleased with the balance changes. The Inquisitive nerfs feel like just the right touch to bring things in line. Same goes for the Warlock buffs. Maybe one day they'll even be decent at single target DPS.

Think we'll see even more inquis players now, deleting everything with shiradi epic moment, even more so then before the changes?...

So..... Inquis trading 10 RP for 5% DS, apm during fusilade remains the same, isn't that actually a buff?.....
Overall it seems like a very minor nerf or neutral change, depending how the inexorable changes work out. I doubt it will change much, but small changes at a time are a good thing.

Afaik 5% DS > 10 RP
With these changes inq will have even higher DPS during burst phases (with epic moment and during fusilade)
Only the 10 seconds that ur not able to pewpew because of fusilade cooldown feel worse then before.

During NHB its a buff yeah, but you do lose some attacks outside NHB / Epic Moment burst so theres some damage lost there.

With core 2 being fixed to give 5% and the main nerf from patience affecting reload speed, it keeps heroics leveling about the same (well 5% more double shot early on) while effecting things nearing cap for reductions. It's good to see a limited change that doesn't wreck the gaming experience for those who spend lots of time on the leveling curve.

1) Warlock single blast should be something like 250%--the class really suffers from the lack of a blast attack that can do enough DPS
2) 1d8 for a core 5 feels like not enough. would have loved to see this as 3d8 (similar to how ES gets their 3 imbue dice here), but honestly, 1d8 per core would have been better.
Yes war locks need a buff but. I think this will be too much buff fir lvling. The Epic Feats you have to taken need re looked at and buffed. As in add more die and a bit of universal spell power. You are right on the need more die in later cores and tier 5s

Right, that's why I say possibly neutral. Its very difficult to accurately measure exactly how beneficial losing the 100% doublerainbow procs compares to the increased damage. Assuming inexorable is a small buff and the reload speed actually works, then it might be a wash.

I tried the new quest Toil and Trouble a few times since I want some of the promised named items from there. But I got nothing so far.

Has anyone got anything already? I don't want to pay for the "reroll" before making sure the new named gear is there indeed...

What nerf? 10 range power for 5% Doubleshot. Where is the nerf? Patience was not working as intended, so that is a legal fix for people who were abusing a bug.
