Lvl 34 dwarf pali (full pali) with t3 follow up, the correct amount of Melee power gets applied but only lasts for 12 seconds.

The Precise/Imp Precise attribute modifiers should apply to G.Xbows as well. Are Devs afraid of the 5 G.Xbow users our there?

  • Scimitars have not been changed to Light weapons.
  • Scimitars are not included in the Weapon Finesse feat
  • My character has Weapon Finesse and an assortment of daggers. Two of those daggers are still using STR for damage, rather than DEX: Epic Flotsam and Epic Ancient Vulkoorim Dagger
  • Swashbuckling enhancement: The new description says "requires wielding a Light or Thrown weapon". It should say "requires wielding a Light weapon, Rapier, or Thrown weapon"

Was really looking forward to the finesse changes. Sad Whirlwind changes didnt make it in here. Any insight into that?

My Tempest ranger's brigand's cutlasses now using STR, not DEX to hit and damage.

Another tempest's epic ethereal longswords are only using STR

Anyone know how weapons that didn't use STR worked now. For example Raellia, the Frostblade uses WIS for Attack and Damage, did that add DEX?
My Elyd Edge went from

Attack: STR, CHA
Damage: STR

to

Attack: STR,CHA
Damage: STR,DEX

Divine healing uses same effect as Renewal, and as such doesn't stack. While divine healing is up, if renewal is cast then for duration of renewal divine healing does not keep ticking away.

As an ability that cannot crit, self-healing for 30-95ish in R1 with 810 psp and 210 hamp, the benefits of this seem weak. Also doesn't proc other carry-on effects like primal mantle cocoons, destiny mantle procs and such. Which is a good thing - it'd be op if it did.

The real use-case of this is low difficulty scenarios where you have one main target that benefits from your renewal and several others you stack Divine Healing on, which does make it easier to prevent overtime tick damage from taking people low hp over time. As far as I'm concerned, unless there is a bug that makes it better than expected with other combinations of hings, this is a cosmetic change to a weak ability. This is a raid soloist / afk healer tool now.

The problem with Radiant Servant tree is that it doesn't scale, and the changes implemented were such that do not scale. They're still low difficulty tools. Picture me disappointed.

Edit: radiant servant is still an excellent side tree to go up to t4 on depending on your build - my problem with this is that these changes encourage the afk nature of radiant servant healing and fixed none of the issues.

I agree. So should Rapid Shot and Point Blank Shot. Buff Gxbow's devs, for the next balance pass. Increase that base damage. Stop allowing No Holds Barred and Endless Fusilade to work with it as an even trade off.

So break anyone's build that currently uses gxbow and those abilities?

Yes. Break them, and buff Gxbows to the point where it doesn't need 4 arti or 30 points in inquis tree. Won't bother many, because most people are playing inquis anyway.

If you want to use those moves, play repeater or dual xbow. Does it make sense to you for a giant single shot slow firing bow, to be able to rapid fire like a repeater or dual xbows?

I noticed a few bugs, including how for throwing daggers, Dex mod to damage doesn't apply. Additionally some select daggers are not taking a dex mod to hit nor damage, though I haven't figured out why some work while others do not -- namely, Sheridan's Wrack and Whisperdoom's Fang.

Yes, if I want to use APs for the privilege. I wouldn't mind having the reverse too: giving a repeater the knockdown ability, at the cost of an AP.
