Find the release notes on DDO.com.

Known Issues:
  • The tooltip for the Arcane Trickster enhancement Not Half Bad's blade/bolt incorrectly states that it does crit damage, when the benefit is actually critical hit chance.
  • The 20th Anniversary Token can be sold at a vendor. Do not sell your token! If you do accidentally sell it, the Token is available in Buy Back from the vendor.
  • Level 36 items cannot currently display in your Shared Bank, Character Bank, or Reincarnation Cache, since these UI elements only display up to level 34 items. We are working to correct this issue. If these items end up in a Reincarnation Cache you will not be able to empty your Cache in order to Reincarnate again until we correct this issue.
  • NOTE: Void, The Endless Cold is an "Exclusive" item available in the 20th Anniversary Token Reward List. DO NOT SELECT THIS ITEM IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER VOID ITEM IN YOUR INVENTORY. The Token Void selection will not deliver and your Token will be claimed.

It is great mixed emotions that I wish you a Happy 20th Anniversary. While I am glad to see the game thriving, I am very disappointed by SSG's
deception through omittance that the Arcane Trickster spell DC is universally equal to their Disable Device score. Only their mage hand and stolen spells are equal to their DD score, that's around even or eight abilities depending on your selections. I cannot say they lied, but the definetely practiced deception in their release notes. Next time, add the phrase caveat emptor in your release notes, or better yet just spell it out openly. I don't know if I more disappointed by my failure to read SSGs posts more closely, or by their lack of transparency. Until now I hadn't thought their posts required such close scrutiny.

For a long time enemies with frost lance and scorching ray were very dangerous when certain kinds of champion, now they are dangerous all the time.

Into the Mists heroic r1, non-champ vs 59% Fire Absorption, 31 MRR, and 62 Fire Resist
Pre mitigation: ~90 damage per ray
(Combat): Gold Concord Wizard's scorching ray hit you for a total of 95 points of fire damage after 41 were blocked by energy resistance.

(Combat): Gold Concord Wizard's scorching ray hit you for a total of 102 points of fire damage after 41 were blocked by energy resistance.
Foundation of Discord heroic r1 non-champ vs 17% Absorption, 48 MRR, and 41 Fire Resist
Pre mitigation: ~220 damage per ray

No offense, but you should be thrilled that any spells work with DD.

Work for DCs like every other caster if you want to use the other spells. Sure, they are -5 with Heigthen, but they also get boosts to Illusion DC in the tree.

I would suggest that if you want to use GCS and PK, take SF Illusion, GSF Illusion, ESF Illusion, Spell Specialty Evocation, and you can easily get mid 120's DC.

Most of the spells don't even have saves like Magic Missile.

They didn't do an update.
Update: We've encountered a technical issue in our hotfix that prevents us from deploying Friday morning. We are instead going to still bounce the game worlds ahead of this weekend to try and provide some relief while we continue to work through the issues with our hotfix build. We will have more information on the new timing of a hotfix, and the game world restart will take place between 9am eastern and 1pm eastern Friday 2/27. We apologize for the inconvenience and will have more information as soon as we can.

I still believe that there should be a special reward for players whose accounts you can date back to 2006, like mine.
Only if you can show that you have been VIP that whole time. No need to reward someone who created an account on day 1 and then left for 19 years.
