Update all event related loot to have sun/moon slots.

That'd be cool. Probably a giant hassle that they'd have to redo every piece of gear at every level lol. The challenge system of gear itself is already annoying. Just redo them to be heroic/epic or something.

As noted above that would take:

1 - Time
2 - Effort
3- Skill

The current dev team don't have any of the three of these in any abundance. They break stuff constantly, if it's not already broken on release to begin with, so trusting them to not already ruin something directly or indirectly by trying to update it is probably not a good idea.

They're doing you a favor by not updating it. You're not wasting time on under-powered items that aren't worth the effort to farm mats/favors/coins for in the first place. You could spend your time crafting or grinding other gear, and even with the cruel mistress that RNG is, and probably come out ahead in the process.

Who knows, might take a lot of effort, might not, anyways i think modern gear should go with the times and expanding event loot to have sun/moon slots is one way to keep it relevant, however slim the chance for it to happen might be.
