VIP account Dhampir Race not available, but Dark Bargainer iconic is

I've got a VIP account and have pre-purchased.

When I try to create a new character, the Dhampir race is greyed out, but I can create a Dark Bargainer iconic.

Use customize not a path.

• Character races that are not able to use the pre-made class "Paths" will appear greyed out in the Character Creation flow. You must select "Customize" for classes when using such character races. https://www.ddo.com/update-notes/ddo-update-74-release-notes

Well, that's probably it. I was using a path just to quickly walk through the creator to see if the race was available.

Confirmed that this is NOT a bug, but user error
