VIP, but can't play Dragon Disciple

So I've tried to make a new Dragon Disciple character today and the game won't let me. I'm VIP so it should be no problem. It tells me I need to purchase it...so I try to purchase it, and it doesn't show up in the store. So I can't buy the archtype and it won't let me build one despite being VIP. Help.

Write a ticket. It is the best way to resolve this. Something screwed up your access.

I have the same issue. I can see and buy DD on a non-vip account, so the way to resolve this is probably let vip end then buy the thing if you still want it. Not much of a fix of course.

I sent in a ticket twice with no resolution nor even the hope of one. Both times I got the same response worded the exact same way. Not a good experience to say the least, but expected from SSG.

make sure to pick "Purchased Items Not Received" in your support ticket

also, make sure you choose customer service request, and not a bug report. a bug report gets you the form letter.

I have the same issue. Customer service told me " sorry there is nothing we can do". Then they asked me to "rate their performance".
