VIP Crafting Material Token gone?

The last days I haven't got any VIP Crafting Material Token. The fist day when it comes, I got 2 and later nothing. Is that CMT really rare or am I unlucky?

OK. I don't know why, but after posting this and moved 1 slot left in inventory the tokens, the first quest gave me 2 tokens. So I am happy now :D
