Executioner's Docent + Mushroom Cap from ToEE is a great combo. The Docents from Legendary Tempest Spine go well with the Archon Helm, but also Boundless and Sightless. I saw something like Thick Skin paired nicely with a Dinosaur Bone Helmet recently. Also saw someone in Eveningstar with one of those old random gen docents with the fur skirt/belt paired with Compliance and a Dino bone weapon looked like a warforged caveman.
My caster hasn't been a warforged in ages so the only pic I have fashion-wise is one of my storage alts:

This is my favourite warforged look. Thirteen, machinations of madness, a cute little chaos beholder or rust monster for the emo warforged and red dragon docent+red dragon helmet.

While this thread is about WF cosmetics, I'm presently playing my first WF (rogue). My question is: I've had a few items that when I equip them my movement speed drops to a CRAWL!!. I've looked around and can't find info or equipment restrictions. None of the items I've equipped had a "restriction" prior to equip and I've had to unequip to have a decent movement speed.

(Also, just to quickly check - are you by any chance carrying a Winter Lute on that character? If you are, and you're equipping items that you pulled before Update 76, those will massively debuff your character as part of the event's mechanics.)
