Warlock 1st life debuffer build and no-raid gear set (for fire fiend/AotS builds) as of u67

Ran it on Cormyr without issues but went Tiefling in case I needed the fire immunity strip. Rigged the trees up this way:

Probably didn't need the strip since the lantern event doesn't require favor and thus any quest with fire healing/immune mobs could be skipped, but was easier to just play it safe.

Since the Lava Divers 1st lifer challenge ended, I've slowly swapped in some raid gear. Here's my current gearset as of u76.7 including Relentless raid items. I based it off Ying's Feylock gearset with some adjustments for being a fiend lock ( https://forums.ddo.com/index.php?threads/u73-feylock-the-reapers-bane.18350/page-2#post-334198 ). I plan to make a cloak swap for Sun: CHA 4 and a primary weapon swap for exceptional spell focus 2 for when I need better DCs.
