I have seen discussions about Races but what about a new Dwarfen Race like the Duergar or Mountain Dwarf or Hill Dwarf

I'm still extremely jaded about the tactics change to quivering palm and the quality HP change in the enhancements that totally nerfed dwarf racial enhancements for certain classes after ~15 years

Yes! The existence of half-elves and half-orcs practically demands that half-dwarves and other combos exist.

I could see it's unique tree being a cross between frenzied berserker & stalwart defender, giving a bunch of offensive instead of defensive boosts plus some damaging guard effects like a bleed damage over time that can have multiple stacks when wearing medium or heavy armour, a nice charge attack or 2, some fear/intimidation effects & don't forget a battle brew clicky - adding the enlarge effect (it's in the game now thanks to wild magic) as an adapted version of animal growth would be fun too.

It'll be dwarf iconic, but it's the fat guy from nwn2 with the dumb npc quests about his dumb bracers
