What if, just for funsies, we turned off forum posting for a weekend? Just one weekend, as an experiment! No more posts after 5pm on SSG time Friday, posting resumes at 9am Mon. You know, just to see if in game numbers change.

This might work as a little break from the forums no matter how you personally "forum".

The read every post people (like me!) wouldn't have to read anything. Might play more. (or sleep)
The post a lot people would have time to reflect and perhaps formulate improved passionate posts!

Personally, I am just curious if the in game numbers would surge! (or not)

What if you just didnt log in from 5pm Friday until 9am Monday and pretended that the forum was down. Then those who enjoy the 2 day window of being able to post whatever they want, can.

That would give the temporarily banned forum pvp'ers an unfair advantage over the ones who are not banned.

...unless Hobbit-side is still open for business. I'd finally get back over there for some more 3-Word Trivia.

What if there is only one post allowed for the weekend and everything else has to be a laughing reaction to it.

You do understand that less than 10% of the game's population visits the forums, right?
