Webstore is not recognizing my in store purchase

HI there,

I got the Vecna Unleashed module in game around Jan and saw you had the upgrade on sale for the ultimate bundle. I went to the web store to purchase the upgrade, but when I click to purchase the web store isn't recognizing my in game purchase for the slandered edition. Is this something you guys could help me out with?

The in-game DDO point version of expansion isn't the standard edition; it's just the adventure packs and aren't upgradeable via the cash shop.
For comparisons of what one gets:
