What am I supposed to do with Historic Tomes?

I'm back playing after a long absence and rolled a favor runner since we have new servers. Turn in all my expansion bonus item certificates and now I have 4 Historic Tomes of Fate which don't stack with each other. Is there anything I can do with them besides throw them out or let them take up space in my bank?

Save them for alts; the only other way to get them is for a bunch of DDO points in the store.

MAYBE turn them in to the vendor in the crafting hall for Purified Eberron Dragonshard fragments? I'm not sure if you can, but that is my venue for dealing with other tomes I do not need., ( Talk to the vendor about "Trading Essences".)

They don't work for PEDs. Would be awesome if they did.

If you have that many alts making it to 20, then save em for them. If not, like me, save a couple and yeet the rest.
