What are somethings that would increase your goodwill towards the game?

Since the game is unplayable on some servers, and they might be looking to do some PR, what are somethings you would like the developers do/work on?

Personally I want to see old content getting updated to match the current standards, like every update just give an older pack some refreshed items, and to see the developers be more transparent with how some of their systems work, particularly around drop rates.

Well, my toons usually have enough Magic Resistance Rating and Physical Resistance Rating, but might I suggest a new Stat... "Lag Resistance Rating"? ^^

If they fixed lag (and kept it fixed) and gave me the new Night Revels mount to compensate my lost play time, I'd call it even. I would have spent a lot of my play time for the last week running Night Revels anyway, so - in my specific case - that seems fair.

I'm not saying we need a new lead developer .... yet what Orion from Team LOTRO does is outstanding. I'd have a lot more confidence in Team DDO if they behaved more like Orion. Which basically boils down to communicate, transparency and integrity.

Unless...so what if during COVID2020 there were a huge number of gamers who newly TRed their characters because all the quests were F2P?

And its calculations associated with these TRed characters that's created the lag? And that's something the devs know but didn't know how to resolve without upgrading to 64bit servers?

if the sudden plethora of TRed characters is the primary reason for the lag then the best you can hope for is loggin on during quieter periods.

Also everyone should consider raiding/reaper with non-TRed characters. with a bit of luck that should resolve the lag issues

Same. I actually stopped playing for 4 months, and just got back into it to find things are a million times worse with a terrible expansion that I dropped a bill on. I have been around the MMO scene enough to know this isn't going to last.

When you have no pots running it actually is just comical. And then coming to the forums to see the 15 year addicts blaming players is a chef's kiss.

Realistically, if they canceled any further plans to increase the level cap since they're rediculously unneeded, since the TR system in the game
is designed to make anything over L30 skippable to the entire player base stuck on the eternal hamster-wheel they keep shoveling more TR's
on. Then address the backlog of over 400+ bugs dating back to at least U37 that they somehow ignore at every planning meeting.

We hold no hope however, that whoever's making decisions will actually roll something other than a "1".
