what is a souls important stats?

was wondering what they are cause i just bought the class and was wondering what i should build stat wise

CHA or WIS (either/or) and CON will typically be the big ones. STR/DEX may hold value if running melee/ranged. Or INT for skills.

Fvs are great, basically you choose charisma or wisdom to be the stat that affects your spell DCs and your SP. Before you were locked to wisdom for dc and charisma for SP, it sucked lol.
