What is "Challenge Party"?

I was messing around and noticed if, when in a public area, I select a player in a party and then click on the gear in the focus pane, the bottom option is "Challenge Party". Has this been around for years and I never noticed? is it something new? It sounds like a PvP option.

It is for PVP. If you accept you are send to an arena, I believe.

Ohhhhh. I remember doing PvP many years ago, but have no memory of the process.
