they will come back up eventually


then you can transfer to the 4 new worlds

You're a little late.

All 32bit servers are down at the moment whilst they are being migrated over to a Ghost World status (no gameplay just basic stuff like banking etc).

Once they come back online, you'll be able to access your characters again on Orien and then transfer them off to one of the 64bit server worlds to continue playing.
