What to do with a stack of tomes?

On Cormyr, I went ahead and got a +8 ability tome for all stats for the main on the server. Now, what do we do when we get tomes in chests, as Nyx rewards, and elsewhere? Can we sell somehow that I'm missing?
It would be nice to have a home with a bookshelf so visitors have something to eat with their tea, but not we're not sensing that is coming anytime soon.

Trade them in the crafting hall for crafting mats

Convert btc tomes into purified essences for crafting. bta or unbound tomes, pass them on to an alt, even if it's just an alt for farming. And if you don't want an alt, then more purified essences

Tomes that drops from chests is unbound, you can sell them freely. 8)

I built a library mule. The tomes check in but never seem to get checked out.

I wish I had known about this when working on my skill tomes. It took quite a while to get a full set of +3 to +4 and +4 to +5 skill tomes (though I now have +5 to every skill on my main character).

To me, they're just trash to be deleted.
