When is the Lam server open?

As title states, curious as when is the server up, is it all the time or just whenever they are previewing upcoming content? I'm asking since DL'd it and wasn't sure exactly when it is turned active.

We are working toward opening our first preview, looks like it should be able to open tomorrow. This will be Dragon Disciple and monk changes. We'll have more info tomorrow.

This is for the upcoming preview. Lam is open to previews when they have upcoming updates. It is not open all the time.
They will usually announce on the forums, maybe discord, when the server is active.

I was hoping when the servers came back up at 1pm EST. Not up yet.
