Does it exist in game for players, shield and sword and all?

it would be pretty cool if u could carry around Mirrors of Glamoring and cosmetically mirror the NPCs' armor, weapons, equipment, after defeating them...
(...maybe give it as a VIP perk)

Helm = Different color of Founder's Helm
Sword = RNG sword, different color of Templar's Retribution
Armor = Nonexistent
Shield = Nonexistent

Yeah, the armor and shield do not exist for players.

Maybe one day we could get a Sulatar drow iconic w/ the armor. This would be a really low cost Eberron iconic to develop as they are already in-game as npcs.

you can try on lootgen and get something close to that armor. Just buy a ton of diffferent half plates and full plates off the AH and do a wardrobe day. It is kind of fun.

Unfortunately, that texture doesn't exist even for random items.
In the game's programming, there are data that only need to exist in that specific area and data that must always be available to load anywhere.

DDO has had excellent designs for NPCs since the early days.
We can only wait and hope that they become available for general use.
