Where to request refund on auto renew?

I seriously wish they would get rid of auto renew.

I always cancel my subscription after every purchase because I never know if I will still be playing this game.
I did a 3 month sub, 3 months ago. And I could have sworn I cancelled right away.. And now I just seen I have a new charge pending for 31.77

I havent even been playing this game any more. And I am hoping they will refund it considering its still pending.

Is there someone you contact?

Likely you're out of luck. I just cancelled my yearly which renews in November.
They do send an email reminding you of this.

I'm not a big fan of charge backs, but they do have their place. I've never done one, but I looked into it when I threatened to do it one time. I don't think this situation calls for it and you'll definitely be banned for doing it. The company has to pay a fee to fight it, which is around $65 - $70. So if the amount your trying to claw back is less than that you will get your money, but it's a dirty move for something that is ultimately your own doing.

Actually I am very impressed. I wrote them yesterday via the link the person linked above, and got an email this morning saying they were reversing my charge. I logged into my credit card website and sure enough 31.77 has already been charged back to me.

I am very grateful they do that.
I actually have two accounts. I always cancel right after I subscribe because of the auto renewal.
Both of my accounts were active, and I must had not seen the charge last month on my other account be charged to my credit card or I would had wrote them then.
I caught the other account this month. He said in letter.

As one of the charges is over 30 days it is past the potential refunding period in which we offer. I can confirm that subscription is marked for cancellation however and will not renew. This being said, I was able to refund the subscription that was made in October. Please be aware that refunds may take 3-7 business days to reflect the payment account and is dependent on the banking institution.

So it looked like if its greater than 30 days they cant do anything. Which is fine. I understand. But I am glad they could reverse this charge because it was still pending.

I'm glad it worked out. I was skeptical that it would but it's always worth the try. :)

Not me. I auto-renew annually. It is very convenient and saves me a lot of money. If I decide to ever stop playing DDO I will just remove my card and play on the remaining subscribtion time I have as a VIP.

Back when I subbed, I always delete my card info as soon as a sub went through. That way, it won't auto-renew, the card info is less likely to be leaked in the inevitable data breaches, and I'm less likely to waste money impulse buying points.
