Thanks for the comments - I was planning to do an update to the thread so glad to see folks looking at the build. Some of the below is a bit redundant with above discussion but trying to summarize/recap here so all in one place. Build as shown does use a bunch of racial AP - if you have some but not all, give up the caster levels and spell crit in Earth Savant and maybe a few points of Wisdom.
@Kodewraith - Build is 12 DD / 4 WM / 4 SF - I definitely like the 4 Sacred Fist both for the ki bolt and also the saves. Read the thread above and
@Tilomere thread (which is linked above) for details on the ki bolt mechanics and scaling. While Tilomere was hitting 100K (much more melee power), I'm only getting 10K-30K reliably (per tick mind you) but on this build ki bolt is a very-nice-to-have not something I built around. Basically you can range a mob, including champs, on your way in then ignore them - after 4 ticks they're usually dead, at least on mid-reaper.
@saekee - Indeed I am on a TWF version of this build now. Kukris so 14-20/x3 - of course you could switch to IC:Bludgeon and go handwraps if you prefer (plus you get another feat since I had to burn one on kukri proficiency). Since I solo, I always worried about leveling a TWF build without, say, Tempest Dance of Death for AoE - but not an issue here - between spells and even Quick Cutter not a problem. I usually lead with ki bolt on mob/champ of choice, then 4 AoE blasts/breath attacks, then QC and Rapid Slash, Primal Scream, then clean up anything left standing like archers with GRuin/Ruin - rinse and repeat as needed. I crafted an IoD kukri (Meltscale, Meltfang ,Iceclaw, Flamehorn) for my main hand and had a Golden Age off hand but then immediately found a Gold Curse dagger - so running the latter off hand until the boss fight(s) then swap in Golden Age.
Basically this build is an excellent combination of AoE and single target with decent crowd control, self-healing, and both elemental (with immunity strip) and physical damage output. And decent self buffs (Shield, Protection from Evil, Displacement, Invis, etc.) with full caster level = character level so durations are good despite being a multi-class toon (a nice side effect of WM Mixed Magics). So excellent for leveling solo and endgame mid-reapers. Probably NOT the meta for endgame R10s and high reaper raiding... It is fundamentally a hybrid so you will ultimately be torn / trading off between melee and spell power - not too bad for gearing since a major point of the build is you only have to gear for acid - but choosing EDs is a big trade off i.e. you can't take all melee EDs that you would normally take on a melee to boost melees power, or all the caster EDs to boost DCs and such.
Here's a screenshot in reaper - buffed but no crazy short 30 sec buffs, no Arcane Warrior going... You do need to recast Channel the Raging Dragon every minute and Displacement and Clear Your Mind every two minutes - but they are fast casts so no big deal.
NOTES:
GEAR: Gear is pretty good but not uber - no raid gear (other than two wisdom dual filigrees), and only one Lamordia item (so I could slot profane Wisdom +4). Saltmarsh and Shadow's Emptiness (Vecna) sets. Others will have 2 or 3 more filagree slots and all rare filigree - I do not.
RESOURCES: Spell points and Ki are never a problem - constantly regenerating ki via melee (Power Begets Power) and the SLAs mean those lost souls are enough to keep your spell points topped off.
CASTING: Standing acid spell power runs about 860 (without Arcane Warrior) but you can boost another 150 for a minute every three minutes with Wellspring. And SLAs are all Maximized/Empowered/Intensified (and Quickened) so plus another 300 SP on those. So with Wellspring up, spell power on the SLAs is running over 1300. Of course you start your rotation with the Autumn Decay acid immunity strip SLA from Chaosmancer then two DD SLAs then DD spell. Caster level 29 for DD SLAs/spells, 27 on Autumn Decay (capped), GRuin/Ruin CL 41. DD SLAs/Spells DCs 103, Autumn Decay 96 (but always seems to strip immunity).
MELEE: All the usual bells and whistles - TWF, iTWF, gTWF, doublestrike, wisdom battle trance, haste boost, Wis to hit and damage, etc. BUT melee power is only 200ish (varies with Arcane Warrior) and only 14 bonus imbue dice. Doublestrike is 82% (with Rapid Strike 10 sec) so not maxed out either. But the kukri crit range is excellent.
LAYERED DEFENSES: Standing dodge 39-44% standing (varies due to 1d6 WM variable enhancement) + 6% with QC active +25% uncapped dodge for 4 sec using Reborn in Fire, displacement, incorporeality, excellent saves (reaper action boosted to 114/116/132), 245 AC, 310 Fortification, decent not great HP (although some of that comes from past lives and reaper enhancements not the build per se).
PRR/MMR: PRR is decent but not great ~200ish (I have the Form of Pain Dark Gift so varies) - but see Layered Defenses above. MRR as usual for a monk is limited - 80 standing. But can pop that to 120 for 10 seconds via Fey Step.
SELF-HEALING: Built in some fire spell power gear so boosted Reborn in Fire is a full party heal every 20 sec. Primal Scream decent (applies a Heal when used - Unquenchable Rage). Both of those deal some reasonable AoE damage while healing which is nice. Cacoon as needed - great for healing between engagements. Note heal amp is only 153 - haven't found a good way to boost that.
CROWD CONTROL: I was not trying to build a crowd control toon but it's actually pretty good. Assuming I can get the mobs to clump up, usually I am paralyzing 2/3 of them or more with the breath attacks. Plus Gold Curse on top of that.
WINGS: Three types of "Wings"! Flight of Kings, Spread Your Wings, Arcane Fey Step
AND Wild Magic and Colors of the Queen procs to boot!
