We usually waited 6-8 weeks for it to appear after expansions release dates.
It's 15 weeks after release of Magic of Myth Drannor (Time flies, IKR)

No it's not. It's there only if you bought the expansion from the $$ store.

The race itself is being sold standalone in January according to the FAQ.

Did you know there are ppl who don't want to loose one full past-life for nothing? Imagine someone has a character at cap and just want to make it count as one racial reincarnation for - ekhm - "newly" added race. Crazy, right?

Agreed. I am one of those cap characters waiting for the wish for Eladrin. I do not want to waste a life so I am waiting, playing alts at the moment. I have no desire to play 3 racials on this character. I would rather play them on an alt so please add it to the store before Christmas so I can get my completionist back and take him out of the attic. It seems like long overdue. Easy money for SSG. Plus with the otto boxes out, it seems like a good way to to make even more money.
