Woeful Advice

I play a tank/DPS hybrid dual wielding scimitars. Fire specced Dragonlord. I run reaper quest (all the way up to R10) and LH raids more than anything else (occasional R1 raid). I've got everything nice and neatly slotted, and now I'm just trying to figure out what to slot into my woeful slots.

Woeful Sparks seems kind of like a must have, so I'm fairly certain I'll be using that for one of them.

Is Woeful Shadows pretty consistent at increasing damage?

I know Woeful Chill will be nice outside of boss fights, as I have the dinosaur bone equivalent on my bard. Boss fights, though, it does nothing.

Is Woeful Dimlight useful at all?

Advice, perspective, and experiences welcome =)

It's ooze debuff, same LGS ooze debuff we've had for years; and just like shadowhorn, it's ooze with the summons. It's just as good as it's always been, which is -10 PRR/MRR.

Also the wiki description for Woeful Shadows is bad IMO (if happened to be looking at that), it references Constricting Nightmare debuff; which came out years after ooze (and is a stipped down version of LGS ooze).

It's affirmation, the same LGS affirmation we've had for years. Best as a swap item since it's got a 1 minute internal cooldown between procs.

If I read the wiki correctly, against mobs with no Prr/Mrr, it basically makes them take an extra 10% damage, correct? Would you say it's worthwhile?

All mobs (well all that I'm aware of) start at zero prr / zero mrr. Each point of negative = 1% more damage. So ooze is 10% more to physical and magical damage. Just like dust 35% more phyical and ash is 21% more magical. https://forums.ddo.com/index.php?threads/l-dust-vs-sd-debuff-vs-dino.21787/#post-296115 explains a bunch of debuffs out there.

So yes, 10% more damage for the entire party is very nice; unless someone else is using an ooze weapon too in which case having it is redundant.
