Nearing level 30!
I also got SIRETH! (and used my very first ever mirror on it, prob one of the best looking weapons in a game for somebody who likes sword staves / glaives / halberds)

So my artificer life is coming to an end right now!
The most fun I've had so far.
The tankiest I've been
The most sustained I've been
The most bursty damage i've had
The most gear depended it also has been, and is.
it is going to be amazing once I return to this build with more past lives and better gear.
Honestly, rune arms are amazing and make me want to use them on everything but alas, we can't have it all, it is time to look forward to another class, although I'm not sure which one.
If you're curious what I ended up with:

So MD is actually perfectly fine. Folk warned me that it was a really bad experience, especially that time temple quest. I did it blind and breezed through it. I was expecting crucible levels of frustration, goes to show you're really just better off experiencing everything yourself first.
But with MD done and not being lv 17 I need to find something to tie me over to masterminds...

We hit level 20! Time to touch some epics.
I know I will need to use draconic because the 25% paralyze working with the aura and the extra imbue die are just too good.
But I really want to tech in the exalted angel mantle, I know that is cooked since I should really be using the primal mantle.
Having that said, what should be the third destiny.

Need to lock down some destinies, I'm thinking draconic and an off-meta exalted angel mantle angle.

Going live right now! May give out some DDO points too if I feel frisky!
Exalted mantle - I have to ask, why? Draconic is so much better in just about every way. That said, primal is nice in lower epics, until you can unlock T3-4 Draconic.
For splashes, I like US for extra HP and cheap heals via Renew.

Early reaper in Saltmarshes was giving me some grief, was it because a melee stormsinger was a bad idea of because saltmash is more difficult.
I'm sure its both, either way, going back it again moving on to the next sagas
