Wrong colors or Re-colors ?

Hi Everybody

I've get after many runs the heavy armor "Legendary Blessed Bulwark" from the Ruinous Schemes dungeon.

The armor planned =>

But instead i get this armor

Is it a bug color or re-color from prededent update i didn't know ?

No one knows when it was changed.
No one knows whether it’s a bug or not.

An armor has been found that looks like the same item as before, yet somehow differs from its original design.

SSG has a bit of a history of… let’s just say, things like this. During a previous event, when creating a new color palette for newly introduced items, they ended up modifying an existing one instead, which resulted in the pink Platemail of Strah.

If this discovery is also related to an event, there might be other differently colored versions of armor out there as well.

This is an absolutely amazing find!

I went out of my way to get the item myself and took a screenshot to check it.
…I already copied it with a Mirror too. Teehee

If I remember right, it was noticed that some of the Armours in Sharn, had a different colour scheme when applied to a standard Human. And when applied to other races, it changed. This might be another such an instance, but I currently don't have time to verify this right now. I may do later with more time on hand.

I gave it a try. I tested the armor on a Human and the gold trim was gone.
Aasimar and Drow were the same, no gold trim either.

I haven’t tested any races that look like they’d have shin hair or smell like their feet, so if someone wants to check those, that’d be great.

The Heroic version of Blessed Bulwark (Left) still has its polish and gold trim. The Legendary Blessed Bulwark (Right) lost its color some time during or after U69 when i posted the wiki image, both should be the same as the heroic version. Ill bug report it, see what happens.
