Just farm the helm from memory lapse. +11 and +5 insightful intelligence is a lot better. Not to mention you have a chance at a reaper helm and it’s ML 23.

Those GH crafted items are garbage. Doubt anyone has an unequipped one laying around.

To OP, if I had one to give I would give freely. Alas, anything like that was purged long ago to free up bank space.

There a many items that offer better INT at the same level.

DDO should bring back the boom in the room with an upgraded set bonus. I still think the armor is sexy:

I crafted an INT helm at L24. I do have a Festive INT augment someplace I can slot:

Staying with the GH theme, the Globe has a stacking +1 Exceptional INT on it. Thus I would probably use the yellow slot on that helm for spell pen or mana.
