x64/dndclient64.exe access denied

keep getting a patch error x64/dndclient64.exe access denied
will not finish and restarts the game constantly. any ideas on how to fix?
already tried full reinstall

Sounds like a windows permissions error. Have you tried running the app as admin?

yes it still does the same

Could try to copy(or cut)/paste the DDO directory to somewhere else and try running the copyied(moved) launcher and see if it plays nice then.
