If it works like other similar things (e.g. +3 Racial Tome) it will be there forever.

Or if it works like half of the monthly giveaways (Year of the Dragon & VIP Loyalty rewards), it’ll be broken in some manner. And when you open a ticket, CS will tell you that you didn’t claim the box when it was available.

Its is one per server. I've logged onto each server and grabbed a box on all
EDIT: You only need to talk to the dragon once though. After that a box is delivered when you log into the next server

Ok, what's the deal with the Meridian Fragment from Fire on Thunder Peak?

It seems to drop incredibly infrequently, is excluded from being bought with raid runes, and now is excluded from this reward box.

Do the devs hate this augment for some unknown reason? Why is it so uniquely difficult to get? The thing isn't even BOUND. You'd think you could get one any time on the shard exchange... but even there they are rare.

The various 'ruby eye' augments from that raid also aren't purchasable with raid runes or the reward box, but they at least drop fairly regularly.

I had a thought. If you talk to Xatheral on your main server, how long can you wait before logging on to some other server and still get the raider's
box? If you wait 2 or 3 months before logging onto one of the other servers, will you still get a box on that server?

Would like to get a dev answer on this.

I think technically once flagged for delivery you will receive the item whenever you eventually log a character into that game world. So remember the item is delivered straight to your inventory upon initial login after speaking with Xatheral on any game world. My recommendation is to pick up the box during the Year of the Dragon time period so it's in your inventory on every server, but I think technically once flagged there is no formal end date on item delivery.

On the basis that as I was bouncing around servers I found a couple of Birthday Boxes from the 7th Anniversary that still work, I wouldn't get to concerned about them "timing out"1

The box is BtA. I recommend getting it now and putting it in the shared bank even if you don't want to use it immediately.
