Yellow names

I've noticed that some players' names in the group turn yellow after loading into another room. I've learned that this happens to other players as well. I thought I was the only one. Do you know why this is happening or how to fix it? Thanks.

It changes back if you mouse over them, but its definitely a bug.

It's a visual bug that's been happening for years. Much like the inspection gear bug, no one at SSG gives a deuce enough to fix it.

More annoying in a raid, but in a normal party I just mash F1-F6 to get rid of that

I have recently changed the overhead npc names to orange, party members to green, to help with my visual imperity, and have noticed that mouse over bug is still there.

It doesn't work, unless I've misunderstood how to do it?

As you can see the dark orange really tones everything down.

At first they would be yellow until I hover over a name. Then they stay that way. Last 3 days the orange persists.
